Martin Snyman
Martin is passionate about people and building meaningful relationships. It’s this trait that allows him to understand business requirements and to ensure customer satisfaction. Martin is an electronic and computer engineer with experience in the electronic product and software development space. He started out in the electronic medical device industry and transitioned into consulting on product compliance and management system certifications. He has over 18 year’s experience in multiple industries including medical devices, electronics products, software, aerospace and information security. Martin recently also completed training on AI management system implementation.
RICKY Farrer
Ricky is passionate about organizational systems and operations, implementing practical, people-centered solutions that enhance efficiency and collaboration. With experience in information security, data privacy, and data management, he ensures systems are both effective and compliant. He enjoys project management, delivering meaningful outcomes through effective execution, and takes pride in transforming ideas into results. Ricky has developed and implemented integrated systems and technology solutions across operations, events, HR, finance, and documentation. Adaptable and team-oriented, he prioritizes people over process, believing no task is too small and no person too insignificant, while building sustainable, value-driven systems that empower teams and organizations.
Veleshia Govender
Veleshia is passionate about empowering teams through effective business integration, process optimisation and information systems. She is a chemical engineer with experience in the pharmaceutical, education and business management consulting industries. She is skilled in quality management systems, information security management systems, adaptive programme management, professional training and leadership. Veleshia enjoys supporting organisations operating in a competitive and innovative environment with the aim to improve community well-being and increase employment opportunities.
